Position Description:
Who? Is needed Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy meeting new people, helping out and being busy. Anyone age 14 and over, who can offer four hours once a week can apply. What? Will they do Admitting greeters welcome all who enter LWDH and assist those needing information or directions. Where? Will they volunteer Located in the Admitting area of the hospital, these volunteers may need to accompany inpatients throughout the building. When? Can they come Volunteers are needed for four hour shifts throughout the day Why? Should people apply Some enjoy this position because they enjoy socializing, like helping out, want to get out of the house, need to pad a resume…...there are as many good reasons as there are volunteers.
