The Operations Department is the largest municipal sector of the City of Kenora. It is comprised of the following major divisions: Engineering, Building Inspection, Solid Waste, Roads, Water & Sewer, Fleet & Stores. With a staff complement of 70, the Operations Manager provides the connecting link between departments to ensure a uniform standard of service is maintained while striving for ways to improve in accordance with the future growth, expansion and development of the City.
