    TD Summer Reading Club 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Our annual TD Summer Reading Club started on June 29th and runs until August 28th. You can register anytime throughout the summer at either branch and earn draw slips for your chance to win prizes!

    Paws to Read 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

    Provided by Therapeutic Paws of Canada, this program is offered free of charge to assist children that struggle with reading. Come read to a furry friend! This program is by appointment only and is volunteer dependant, therefore cancellations may occur. Registration is required, call, email, or visit the Kenora Public Library to sign-up.

    FIFA! 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

    Canada Celebrates FIFA World Cup 2026 is coming to Kenora! Hosted at the Kenora Harbourfront starting at 10:00 a.m. there will be all sorts of awesome activities, including a live screening of two of the matches (11:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m.). The Kenora Public Library will have soccer themed activities available to carry the fun over!

    Ages: all ages for the Harbourfront activities, 0-12 yrs for the library activities

    Storywalk 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    Book pages are printed onto panels that are then posted outside for you to read as you take a stroll around the Harbourfront. The story is told in both English and French!

    Teddy Bear Picnic 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Hosted at Pinecrest, join us for a story, craft, face-painting & teddy bear check-ups! Bring your stuffy that is in need of some TLC.
