What's Open, Closed This Civic Holiday

On the Civic Holiday, Monday, August 4, the following City facilities are open:

• Lake of the Woods Discovery Centre from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• The Muse is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

All other City buildings and facilities are closed, including the Transfer Station and Recycle Depot, Kenora Public Library, City Hall, Operations Building, Moncrief Construction Sports Centre, and Bowman Electric Keewatin Memorial Arena. 

The Wave does not operate on the holiday. 

Coney Island recycle and waste collection moves to Tuesday, August 5. 

You may submit a Request for Service on the holiday; however, it will not be addressed until the next business day.
