Printing, Photocopying, Faxing, Scanning, and Laminating

Printing and photocopying can be done at the Kenora or Keewatin Branch Libraries.  Printing can done by using one of the public computers, or by emailing your document(s) to the KPL e-mail. If you are emailing, be sure to include directions on how you would like your document printed. ie: black and white, colour, single or double sided, how many copies, etc. Our printers are able to print up to 11" x 17" (Ledger size) documents. Our Microfilm machine is also capable of printing black and white, letter size pages.

Faxing 

Faxing services are available at the Kenora and Keewatin Branch Libraries. Faxes can also be received on your behalf. If you need to have a fax sent to us on your behalf, please let the sender know to include your name.

Faxing out - $2.50 for the 1^st page and $0.50 for each additional page

Receiving a fax - $0.50/page

Scanning

Scanning services are available at the Kenora and Keewatin Branch Libraries.  Scans can be sent to your e-mail or scanned onto a thumb drive. Scans can be sent as a PDF or JPG file.

Scanning costs:

1-10 pages - $1.00
11-20 pages - $2.00
21-30 pages - $3.00, etc.

Laminating

Laminating is available at both branches of the Kenora Public Library. Our laminating machine is capable of laminating prints or documents up to 11" x 17". The laminating machine does get hot during the process, and in turn, may damage certain types of paper. The Kenora Public Library is not responsible for any items damaged or distorted by lamination.
