Request for Service
Submit an online request for service with the City of Kenora. The Request for Service form is for non-emergency City services, such as when your recycling and garbage was not picked up or you see water pooling on the road. For emergencies that require police, fire or ambulance, call 911.
Requests are monitored Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For water and sewer after-hour emergencies, please call 807-467-2080.
This is not a complaint form, it is a request for service. Complaints about the work of municipal staff through this platform will not be responded to.
