Water Account Setup

If you have just moved into an apartment, bought a house or commercial building, or want water delivery service, you will need to an account to pay for your water and sewer usage.

Account set-up

To set up a new water services account or make changes to your existing account, contact Customer Service at 807-467-2000.

You will sign a contract for services and be required to provide:

  • contact information
  • employment information
  • credit references
  • photo identification
  • previous address
  • service address
  • your landlord's name
  • $200 deposit on your account

You choose a date to begin reading the water meter. This is usually your move-in date. You will receive your first bill within four to six weeks of this date.

E-billing

Once you have set up your account, you can register to receive your water services bill by email. You need your account number and municipal address. You may still receive one paper bill after registration.
