If you have just moved into an apartment, bought a house or commercial building, you will need to an account to pay for your water and sewer usage.
Account set-up
To set up a new water services account or make changes to your existing account, contact Customer Service at 807-467-2000.
You will sign a contract for services and be required to provide:
- contact information
- employment information
- credit references
- photo identification
- previous address
- service address
- your landlord's name
- $200 deposit on your account
You choose a date to begin reading the water meter. This is usually your move-in date. You will receive your first bill within four to six weeks of this date.
