Accessibility

The facility has an elevator at the main entrance and automatic doors throughout. Washrooms and change rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is a wheelchair ramp into the leisure pool. A lift is available for entry and exit to the lane pool, tot pool, and hot tub.

Pools

You must wear the admission wristband so we know you meet the admission requirements. The wristbands are waterproof, comfortable to wear and should not affect swimming and enjoyment in the pool.

Lane pool

  • 25 m, 6 lanes
  • Water depth: 3 ft 8 in to 10 ft
  • Water temp: 81 to 83 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 3m diving board

Leisure pool

  • Water-spray features and waterslide on at various times
  • Water depth: 2 ft to 3 ft 6 in
  • Water temp: 85 to 87 degrees Fahrenheit

Tot Pool

  • Wading pool with fish water-spray feature
  • Water depth: 1 ft to 2 ft 6 in
  • Water temp: 91 to 93 degrees Fahrenheit

Sauna

This is a dry heat sauna with tiered seating.

Hot tub

  • Timed jets
  • Water temp: 96 degrees Fahrenheit

What to bring

Soap is provided in the shower area.

There are wall-mounted hair dryers in the change rooms.

Cut-offs or shorts are not permitted and t-shirts are not recommended.

If you use a locker, take all your belongings and your lock with you after your swim. We clear out the lockers at the end of each day. We cannot safeguard valuables for you.

Swim diapers, if required, must be worn in the water. Regular disposable diapers are not permitted. They swell and burst when saturated. A pool fouling requires a minimum 2-hour shutdown.

Change rooms

There are change rooms to suit men, women, and families. Change rooms are closed periodically throughout the day for cleaning.

Children 6 years of age and over should use the change room appropriate to their gender.

Children age 5 years and under should use the family change room accompanied by an adult family member.

Please do not take your stroller into the change rooms for hygienic reasons. Please ask the Desk Attendant where you can safely leave it.

No glass containers in the changes rooms.

Please leave the application of cosmetics and hygiene products for when at home.

Items for purchase

You can purchase locks, goggles, swim caps, WaterFit gloves, hand paddles and swim diapers at the Customer Service Desk.

Lost and found

Check at the Customer Service Desk for your lost items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
