Key features of hybrid registration

You can now pre-register for fitness classes or drop in. This hybrid approach allows you to plan ahead, ensure your spot in class, or register for individual sessions on the day of class.

  • Membership benefits
    • Holders of 3-month, 6-month, or annual memberships can enjoy complimentary access to classes – it's included in your membership.
    • If you have a 10 or 25 group fitness visit package, you can use your visits to attend classes.
  • Drop-in options
    • No membership, no problem. Join us on a drop-in basis for a small fee per class, or register at a reduced rate for the duration of the fitness program.
  • Structured classes
    • Registered participants benefit from structured classes, setting personal fitness goals and tracking improvements over each program.

Current fitness programs run in three month blocks. Check the group fitness schedule for class options.

Contact the front desk at 807-467-2087 for changes and cancellations to programming. Please note, there are no classes held on Statutory Holidays.
