Get in shape with the City of Kenora. We offer a variety of fitness programs that can help you stay fit. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, or looking to reach new heights, we offer programs and equipment for all fitness levels. 

Classes and programs

Check out our group fitness classes and schedule to find a program that works for you. Try yoga, weightlifting, or a full body boot camp. There are so many classes to choose from, for all levels and abilities.

Become a member

Planning to attend regularly? Consider getting a membership pass so that you can take full advantage of our classes, facilities and programs. Review the membership rates and passes.

Our facility

Before you visit, review the admission requirements and facility rules and regulations to learn what our Fitness Centre has to offer. Check out our equipment and fitness stations so you can tailor your workout to meet your fitness goals.

You can even book the Fitness Centre for an upcoming health and fitness event.

Walking track open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (temporarily closed until fall 2025)
