  • Drop-in options

Special classes

We offer special classes for you to try something new. Check back often to learn more about pop-up classes.

Gentle hatha stretch

This class is a soothing blend of gentle Hatha yoga and mindful stretching, designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance in both body and mind. We'll move slowly and intentionally through postures, using the breath to guide each stretch and create space in the muscles and joints.
Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a calming practice, Gentle Hatha Stretch helps increase mobility, reduce stiffness, and quiet the nervous system. Props and modifications are encouraged so everybody feels supported. You'll leave class feeling more open, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

  • Fridays, 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
  • October 10, 17, and 24
  • Aerobics Room

Pop punk spin class

Get ready to feel the nostalgia and the burn with RPEmo, a high-energy spin class that fuses the rush of cycling with the rebellious spirit of early 2000s pop-punk and alternative rock. Featuring bands like Blink-182, Good Charlotte, and Taking Back Sunday, you'll ride to fast-paced anthems that boost your adrenaline, push your limits, and bring back the best kind of teenage angst. Perfect for pop-punk fans and fitness enthusiasts alike, this class will have you dancing on the pedals, singing along, and leaving every ride feeling energized, empowered, and young again.

  • Tuesday, October 21
  • 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Chair yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga practiced while seated in a chair, making it ideal for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. It offers the benefits of traditional yogasuch as improved flexibility, mobility, strength, and balancewithout the need to get down on the floor. Chair Yoga also promotes relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being, making it a great option for those recovering from injury, experiencing limited mobility, or simply looking for a calming way to stay active.
