These lots are only for Moncrief Construction Sports Centre customers and customers of Kenora Physio and Sports Injury Clinic and New Horizons Senior Centre to accommodate the needs of customers.
Parking at Arenas
If you are using the City of Kenora boat launch or visiting the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre, there are seven areas on the property where you can park. Each lot has a specific purpose.
Our By-Law Enforcement Officers monitor these lots daily. The enforcement process for all seven lots is to ticket or tow anyone who is not in compliance. Always display your permit or ticket on your dashboard, or use our pay-by-plate service.

Short term, day use launching and parking
Anicinabe Park boat launch area

Day-use parking, no overnight parking between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., $5.00 per day
Bowman Electric Keewatin Memorial Arena
- Day-use parking, $5.00 per day
- Up to 4-night extended period parking, $8.00 per night
Keewatin Boat Lift Launch
- Day-use parking, but no overnight parking
Long term and other day use parking
Anicinabe Park overflow lot (West side of Mikana Way)
- Day parking only
- Free of charge
Park Street parking lot (mall area)
- Free weekend parking only from Friday at 6 p.m. to Monday at 6 a.m.
- Overstays will be towed due to the weekday monthly leasing
Moncrief Construction Sports Centre
- South parking lots 2, 3 and 4
- Overflow day-use parking only
- Single vehicle and vehicle-trailer combination
- $5.00 per day or $8.00 per night

You can park overnight at the Bowman Electric Keewatin Memorial Arena.
There is a maximum duration of four nights per visit.

Leaving a trailer
If you are leaving a trailer without a vehicle overnight, the trailer must have a permit associated to it.
