Awesome Adventures Day Camp

The Moncrief Construction Sports Centre offers Awesome Adventure Day Camp for kids ages 6 to 11 years old, on PD Days, over March Break, after school, on special occasions, and during summer holidays. Each day campers will participate in fun organized activities including swimming, skating, sports, day adventures, arts and crafts and much more.

Registration for all PD Day Camps opens Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 9 a.m. It closes at 9 p.m. the day before the PD day you are registering for.

After school program

The Awesome Adventures After School Program is for kids aged 6 to 11. It provides a fun and safe place for them to hang out with friends, stay active, and enjoy various activities each day after school ends.

September 2026 to June 2027
Weekdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Registration opens Friday, June 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

The weekly activities include tutoring opportunities, swimming, sports and games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.

There is a carpooling option for families registered for at least one week of the After School Program. More more information, contact us at 807-467-2087.

Juniors summer camp

Introducing Awesome Adventures Juniors! This camp is designed for children ages 4 and 5 to enjoy outdoor fun, arts, sports, swimming, skating, community adventures, and more. There are nine weeks to choose from loaded with fun activities over the summer.

Ages 4 and 5
June 29 to August 28
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Registration opens on April 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.

Mother's Day weekend camp

Lots of games, arts, sports, swimming, and more for children ages 4 to 11. Some Mom time for Mom this Mother's Day weekend.

Ages 4 and 5: $28 per session
Ages 6 to 11: $20 per session
May 8 to 10, 2026
Times:
- Friday, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.,
- Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., and 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Deadline to register is May 7, 2026.

PD day camps

School's out, come down to the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre and participate in a day full of exciting activities, like arts and crafts, group games, swimming, and much more!

2026 PD Days: January 30, February 27, April 27, and June 8.

Ages 6 to 11

$40 per child

Summer camp

Outdoor fun, arts, sports, swimming, skating, community adventures, and more. There are nine weeks to choose from loaded with fun activities over the summer.

Ages 6 to 11

8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
$175 per child.
Pro-rated fee for shorter weeks.
Registration opens on Sunday, April 12 at 9 a.m.

Day camp information

Drop off is at 8:30 a.m. and pick up is at 4:00 p.m. at the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre, 18 Mike Richards Way, unless otherwise scheduled for a specific camp.

Parents/guardians must sign in and sign out their child each day.
