Awesome Adventures Day Camp

The Moncrief Construction Sports Centre offers Awesome Adventure Day Camp for kids ages 6 to 11 years old, on PD Days, over March Break, after school, on special occasions, and during summer holidays. Each day campers will participate in fun organized activities including swimming, skating, sports, day adventures, arts and crafts and much more.

Awesome Adventures offered

School's out, come down to the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre and participate in a day full of exciting activities, like arts and crafts, group games, swimming, and much more!

2026/2027 PD Days: August 31, September 28, October 26, November 27, January 29, April 16, and June 11.

  • Seniors: ages 6 to 11, $45 per participant
  • Juniors: ages 4 to 6, $60 per participant
  • 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Registration is open!

    • swim attire and towel
    • lunch and snacks
    • water bottle
  • Extended pick-up and drop-off times available for 7:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. for $15 per day.

The Awesome Adventures After School Program is for kids aged 6 to 11. It provides a fun and safe place for them to hang out with friends, stay active, and enjoy various activities each day after school ends.

  • September 2026 to June 2027
  • Weekdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. 
  • Cost is $15 per day of registration or $75 per full week
  • Extended hours from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. for an extra $5
  • Flexible daily or weekly registration
  • Registration opens Friday, June 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

The weekly activities include tutoring opportunities, swimming, sports and games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. Healthy snack included.

There is a carpooling option for families registered for at least one week of the After School Program. More more information, contact us at 807-467-2087.

 

Day camp information

Drop off is at 8:30 a.m. and pick up is at 4:00 p.m. at the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre, 18 Mike Richards Way, unless otherwise scheduled for a specific camp. 

Parents/guardians must sign in and sign out their child each day.

Should any of these times not work for you, please contact us and we can make other arrangements.
