Family Day

The Moncrief Construction Sports Centre is open on Family Day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for your family to enjoy activities such as swimming, skating and group fitness.

Arena

$3 family open hockey
- 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
$3 parent and tot skate
- 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Free public skate
- 12 to 3 p.m.

Fitness

Famlily Tai Chi
- 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.
- A combination style class incorporating Qigong and Yang style Tai Chi. Reduces stress, improves balance and overall health.
