Please be advised that a section of Fourth Street North will be closed for a sewer and water connection beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
The work area will remain closed overnight until the work is completed.
Motorists are advised to follow detour signs and use alternative routes around the work area.
