Parking Tickets
Please be advised that the City of Kenora does not issue parking tickets by email or text message. Valid City of Kenora parking tickets are only issued as yellow tickets and left on your vehicle.
If you receive a text message or email about an outstanding parking matter, do not click any links or provide personal or payment information.
The official ways to pay a parking ticket are by:
- Drop box: Drop your payment in the drop box at the front entrance or at the cashier desk at City Hall. If you would like a receipt, please send the ticket along with your payment.
- In-person: Pay at the cashier with cash, debit, credit card or cheque at City Hall. Please bring your ticket with you. Note: Visa Debit is not accepted
- Online: You can use the Hotspot Payment Portal to pay online for your parking ticket.
