Place Your Ice Candle Orders
Join us in continuing Kenora’s successful Ice Candles tradition, a community-driven celebration that has brightened winters at the Lake of the Woods Cemetery for over 25 years and produces more than 3,000 candles annually.
This season, ice candle options are:
- pickup of ice candle = $11 per candle
- placing and lighting of ice candle = $13 per candle.
- adopt a veteran's grave = $13 per candle with $2 from each purchase donated to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #12 Kenora.
You can place your ice candle order online, in person at City Hall, or by mail. Orders are due Friday, December 5, 2025.
Ice candle pickup will be between December 8 and December 12, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
