Portage Bay Bridge Repair Work Resumes

Please be advised that repairs to the Portage Bay Bridge will resume tomorrow, April 8, 2026.

Crews will start onsite with snow removal, followed by scaffold modifications.

For your safety, the Portage Bay Bridge remains closed to all pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Motorists and pedestrians are reminded to follow detour signs and use alternative routes around the work area.
