Water Services, Tax Notices, and Other Billing Delays

Please be advised that City of Kenora customers may experience delays in receiving water services bills, property tax notices, and other receivables due to the current interruption to postal services. 

It is important to remember that customers are still responsible for paying their bills on time.

To ensure you continue receiving your water bill, we invite you to sign up for e-billing on our Water Account Set-up page. For assistance with billing and payment options, you may contact our customer service team at 807-467-2000 or customercare@kenora.ca. 

For property tax notices, we encourage you to sign up for property tax e-billing. Contact the Tax Collector for assistance at 807-467-2034.
