New National Lifeguard (NL) Prep Program - Free Opportunity for Future Lifeguards

For those interested in pursuing the National Lifeguard (NL) certification, you are invited to attend our free NL Prep Sessions every Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre.

These sessions will provide participants with the opportunity to:

• Practice swimming endurance and fitness requirements
• Review and develop lifesaving skills
• Build confidence before enrolling in the NL course
• Become familiar with what is expected during NL training and evaluations

This is also a great opportunity for individuals who are curious about becoming a lifeguard and want to test their skills and see what the NL course entails before committing to the certification process.

• Who: Anyone interested in taking the National Lifeguard course in December 2026 or learning more about the certification process.
