Rabbit Lake Trail Temporarily Closed Due to Storm Damage

Please be advised that the Rabbit Lake Trail, located at Garrow Park, is temporally closed due to yesterday’s significant storm event.  

The storm has caused extensive damage to sections of the trail, making it impassible at this time. The trail will remain closed while assessment and repair work is carried out.

The Garrow Park playground, outdoor exercise stations, beach, washrooms, and pickleball courts remain open. The pickleball courts are currently operating at reduced capacity after a section of fencing was damaged during the storm. While repairs are underway, half of the courts will remain available for public use. 

We thank the public for their patience and understanding as this work is completed and look forward to reopening the Rabbit Lake Trail and restoring full access to the pickleball courts as soon as possible.
