Sixteenth Avenue North Railway Crossing Sidewalk Project

Please be advised that construction will begin on Tuesday, September 8, at the Sixteenth Avenue North railway crossing to install a sidewalk crossing.

The new crossing will connect the existing sidewalks on Sixth Street North and Railway Street.

The project area will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists during construction.

With additional roadwork underway on Railway Street, motorists are strongly advised to slow down and use caution in the area. Please obey posted detour and speed limit signs throughout the neighbourhood, particularly on narrow streets.
