Third Avenue South Back Lane Sewer and Water Upgrades

Please be advised that sewer and water upgrades will begin in the Third Avenue South back lane on Tuesday, May 19.

To allow the work to proceed, there will be road closures on the following streets:

• Fifth Street South - between Third Avenue South and Fourth Avenue South
• Sixth Street South - between Third Avenue South and Fourth Avenue South
• Third Avenue South - between Fifth Street South and Sixth Street South

Motorists are advised to follow detours to avoid the work area. 

Local traffic will be permitted where possible. 

The project is expected to be completed by the end of August 2026.
