- City of Kenora beach and public washroom areas will be closed after September 30, 2021
- Ball diamond washrooms will be closed on October 3, 2021
Alternate washroom facilities are located at City Hall, Kenora Recreation Centre, and Lake of the Woods Discovery Centre.
Also there will be no water at the dog park following the closure of the washrooms.

Please be advised that the City of Kenora will be performing hydrant flow testing, flushing, and winterizing of the City of Kenora Water System beginning Monday, September 20, through to Friday, October 29, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Please note that the following may occur:
- Discoloration of the drinking water. If this happens, run the cold water tap until the water clears.

Please be advised that Wessuc Inc. will be working in various areas of the City over the next month to complete CCTV (closed-circuit television) cleaning and flushing work on the storm and sanitary mains.
Homeowners in the inspection areas will receive a notice explaining the project and what to expect while the cleaning and flushing takes place.
There may be short traffic delays in the work area.

Seventh Avenue South and 630 Park Street
Please be advised that there will be a temporary water services interruption on Friday, July 16, for four hours to a small number of homes on Seventh Avenue South and the Railway Street Laneway, as well as 630 Park Street apartment block.
All residents affected have been notified of the water service interruption.
The interruption is to allow Titan Contractors to complete water and sewer works in the area.

The precautionary boil water advisory for the above listed locations is hereby rescinded. Laboratory testing of the water supply does not indicate the presence of bacteria.
