We are seeking Host Homes for University level students that are engaged in summer employment with the City of Kenora. This is an affordable and beneficial experience for our students, while providing a small income for those willing to share their home for the summer. 

We are looking to connect our summer student employees with home owners for the purpose of renting a room between the months of April to September of 2023.

Naming Rights Secured for Keewatin Memorial Arena

The City of Kenora is pleased to announce that a long-term Naming Rights agreement has been secured for the Keewatin Memorial Arena with a locally owned company.

In 2022, the City of Kenora launched a new program to sell the Naming Rights of key municipal-owned recreation and tourism facilities to companies or organizations for a defined period as a form of advertising and to support the City.
