Please be advised on Friday, April 16, 2021, traffic will be reduced to one lane as per the following:
- Second Street South
- between Seventh Avenue South and Eighth Avenue South
- 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Seventh Avenue South
- between First Street South and Second Street South
- 12 to 2 p.m.
Traffic will be controlled by flag persons.
This closure is necessary to allow Titan Contractors to perform test drilling work in preparation for water and sewer reconstruction.

Please be advised the Coney Island footbridge will be removed for the season on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 beginning at 8:00 a.m.
This work depends on weather conditions and weather fluctuations. Should there be unfavourable weather on Tuesday, we will work to remove the footbridge by the end of the week.

The Corporation of the City of Kenora has received an application from an abutting land owner to purchase City Property (closed shoreline road allowance) for a lot addition at 96 Lakeside Crescent. The purpose of this notice is to notify the public of the by-law that will be under consideration to declare that land available for disposal.
